What is life coaching?

Coaching is for already well functioning people who want to broaden their horizons in life, people who are searching for positive support and motivation. During an equal conversation, you can expect to receive useful feedback and gain a clear focus regarding your thoughts, feelings, actions and behaviour.

Coaching is the act of creating opportunity through identifying limiting beliefs, replacing them with new supportive thinking and thereby remove barriers and solve problems, so that the client can start moving in a clear direction towards achieving his/her goals.

A Life Coach is an experienced individual that you can trust. Someone who treats you with respect and offers you a confidential environment to expose and break down your barriers.

Inspiring and motivating you is Anne’s primary focus. Here are some questions to ask yourself to see if working with Anne is for you.

  • Are you stressed in your job or current life style?
  • Are you burnt out with life?

  • Do you feel as if your life keeps repeating patterns?

  • Do you feel stuck or trapped in your life?

  • Do you feel overwhelmed on a project or a goal you are trying to achieve?

  • Do you have important decisions to make, but don´t seem to be able to work out what is most important?

  • Do you struggle to find someone to talk matters over with?

  • Do you feel that you are living a mediocre life and that there is “more”?

  • Are you trying to get over a painful relationship breakup and don´t know how to move on?

  • Is Alcohol a major factor in your life?

    Do you want to:

  • Find balance between work and home life
  • End unhealthy living patterns.
  • Improve an existing personal or professional relationship.
  • Identify and understand what you want out of life?
  • Achieve one or more personal and/or professional goals?
  • Decide on a new career path?
  • Grow within your current career?
  • Live to your full potential?
  • Start your own business.

Coaching is not therapy, mentoring, consulting or counselling. It does not deal with emotional traumas that happened in the past. A coach will not give advice or tell the client what to do, but will, along with the client, discover the best strategy for the client to move forward.
